Today's layout is another for the FTLOPP Cake Day Birthday celebrations Challenge #4 Angel cake. The layout options were to be minimalistic and to use stripes.
Yesterday I made a layout featuring my sister's kitten Stanley, and today I have scrapped his brother Dougie.
I used a sheet of Bazzill, and a few scraps of Basic Grey Dasher papers, tag and letter stickers. I trimmed the green paper with a Martha Stewart border punch.
The poem from A. A. Milne was written on the left of the page with a few words animated with Basic Grey letter stickers.
“Halfway down the stairs,
is a stair, where I sit.
There isn't any, other stair,
quite like, it.
I'm not at the bottom,
I'm not at the top;
So this is the stair, where,
I always, stop.
Halfway up the stairs,
isn't up, and isn't down.
It isn't in the nursery,
it isn't in the town.
And all sorts of funny thoughts,
run round my head:
It isn't really anywhere!
It's somewhere else instead!”
