Winter Wishes

I am over on the Papermaze Blog today with my first post for the January Kit. Now available in the shop or on the website, the kit has of wintery papers, embellishments and cardstock to create Christmas, new year and winter themed layouts.

My first layout for this month features my daughter and her baby girl in Greenwich Park, on a wintery day in December. Lots of work with Tim Holtz Sizzix Thinlits dies on this layout.

Please see the Papermaze for details of how the layouts were made.

From the kit I used:

Simple Stories - Simple Vintage Fresh Snow - Cabin Fever
Craft
Consortium - It's Gnome Time snowflake charm
Bazzill Basics Cardstock: Moody Blue, Bark, CS White

From my own stash I used:

Bold Text - Christmas Tim Holtz Sizzix Thinlits die set
Cream pearlised cardstock
Metallic silver card

That's all for today, I will be back with another layout tomorrow.

Home Grown Goodness

I made this layout for the Peartree Cutfile 2nd Birthday Crop. Challenge #8 Letter 'E' Embossing and Epoxy.

I chose to use this postcard from a visit to Beatrix Potter's Hill Top Farm in Cumbria. It is a photo taken from the vegertable garden of the house, through Jemima's gate.

For Epoxy I used epoxy stickers from Marjoline Bastin's Nature's Garden collection alpha stickers and summer tag.

The embossing was done with Distress Embossing Glaze.

I also used:
Bazzill Basics
Raffia
Marjoline Bastine stickers

Thanks for looking
