Happy Birthday Mary Poppins!

It's Mum's birthday this weekend and I ordered this stamp many months ago when I first saw it as it's perfect for her - my very own Mary Poppins!

Every week, when my triplets were small, Mum used to travel over to my house early one morning stay over until the following evening. She would help me with all that needed doing for the babies and was great company too. As she had chosen to be called 'Nanny' by the children and her name is Mary she acquired the nick name of 'Mary Poppins'.

Using the Cricut, I cut the basic scalloped shape from black Bazzill twice to make a card blank. The little houses were cut from the Jolly Holidays cartridge. The image is a Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp coloured with my Promarkers. The background was sponged with distress ink. I added gems and ribbon to finish off.

I would like to enter this card into the Kraftin' Kimmie challenge #200, Back in Black.

Happy birthday Mum.
Thanks for looking.
