Butterflies

Last night I went to Paper Maze to take part in Wendy's Butterfly Layout workshop. Had a great evening and made this layout. The photo is of Andrew and Catherine at the Wildlife Centre in Holt, Norfolk. A frequent haunt of ours when the children were small. Each butterfly is hand cut from a template Wendy had made for us. Each was cut from different papers and treated differently. Some were run through the embossing folders, others were patchwork effect with hand drawn stitches. All the papers were Little Sprout, from Crate Paper. We also used acetate, gems, Stickles. My title was added this morning and is from a sheet of American Craft - Thickers which I treated myself to while at the workshop. Great evening thanks to Wendy and Vanessa.
