Christmas Fairy

On Saturday we had an extended Papermaze Crop at Otley Village Hall. The reason for the extended time 10am to 7pm was to help raise funds for the new roof. Vanessa  designed this crop layout kit for those who were able to stay into the evening.

The photo shows Florence, dressed as the Christmas fairy, laying under the tree.

The kit contained:
P13 - Into The Woods collection - #01
12" x 6" Woodgrain paper
Kraft tag
Matte Jewels
Flower

There were items to share
Fern leaf stamp
Distress Ink

I also used:
Doodlebug Designs Alphabet Soup letter stickers - gold
Marker pen
Gems and pearls

Noteworthy

Yesterday was our monthly Papermaze crop at Otley Village Hall. This time we had extended hours - 10am to 7pm to help raise funds for the hall roof. Instead of one, there were three layout kits available to purchase. Here is the second of those, designed by the lovely Esther.

My mother photographed by my father, half way up Snowdon, on their honeymoon in 1957. You don't see many women dressed like this to climb a mountain 68 years on!

In the kit:
American Crafts - Maggie Holmes - Pretty Picnic collection - #1, #2 & #3
50cm yellow stranded thread
3 wooden hearts
1 flower

I also used:
Distress inks
Pearls and gems

You & Me

Today we had an extended crop at Papermaze, to help raise funds for the roof of the Otley Village Hall, where we meet every month. So instead of one, there were three layout kits available to purchase. Here is the first of those, designed by the talented Lorraine.

I chose to scrap these two pictures of a lovely day I shared with Catherine and Florence, last December. We went to Greenwich Park for a walk to Greenwich Village for a little Christmas shopping. We had lunch in The Pavilion, then back to Florence and Catherine's home to read one of the books we purchased.

The kit included:
Pre-Die-cut shapes and letters in funky foam and card.
12" x 12" White Cardstock
4 pieces of 12" x 6" patterned paper from various designers

I also used:
Distress Inks
Black fine liner pen
Doodlebug Designs Alphabet Soup letter stickers
