Artists at Work

Yesterday, I was on the Papermaze Blog with the May kit (a little later than usual due to holidays). This kit is bursting with brightly coloured patterned papers and other elemets. Perfect fror amny fun loving activities and especially children's layouts - which is what I have done! Here is my second design team layout, showing the children at work with their paints in the garden.

iNSD - Just Add Water!

This layout is for challenge #4 in Paige Evans set of challenges for iNSD 2026. This challenge was set by Audrey Mutchall and is to Create a layout, card, or other project that features a wreath.

Here is my granddaughter, watering the strawberry plants in my polytunnel. this all took place before breakfast, in pyjamas and wellies! 


For this layout I used:

The Wedding of Douglas & Dorothy

Today, I'm sharing a layout I have created using the beautiful April Papermaze Kit.  The kit is full of pretty purple, lilac and grey papers. There is also a selection of embellishments and Bazzill cardstock to compliment the papers. Please see the Scrap, Paper, Scissors Blog to find out how the layout was made. 

This time I made a heritage layout using a photo found on ancestry of a 1930s wedding.

Charles and Aditha

My second pair of layouts using the November Papermaze kit was shared on the blog yesterday, here is the final layout made using the kit. This time a heritage layout using this photo from circa 1920 of Charles and Aditha Banks in Australia.

Kodak Moment

Today was the Papermaze Crop, and here is my version of Vanessa's crop kit design. Mine shows a black and white photo, I took in 1970. It shows my Gran and Granddad in their backgarden. I was trying out the Kodak camera I had been given by Mum and Dad for my 10th birthday.

Happy 13th Birthday - Aldeburgh

On the Papermaze Blog yesterday, I shared my first two DT creations using the pretty Papermaze kit for July. 

The kit Full of soft, natural colours, six double-sided patterned papers, two sheets Bazzill Basics cardstock and a whole bunch of co-ordinating embellishments. There is also a pack of four 
matching Bazzill Basics sheets, available to compliment the kit. For full details on how the layouts were made please see the Papermaze Blog.


Here is the second of the two layouts - we were on holiday in Suffolk when the triplets became teenagers. We spent the day at Aldeburgh.

Stitching Friends

Over on the Papermaze Blog today, I am sharing my first two DT creations using the pretty, delicate Papermaze kit for July!

Here is the first of the two layouts, showing photos of my Mum and me, at my home, when we ran a stitching club. On the first birthday, the local paper came along to take photos and write a report.

Mary Roberts Banks
