Pearly Queen

My granddaughter was taken with these pearls my daughter was given. Here she is wearing them and looking very pleased with herself!

Outdoor Girl

Part two of the March Papermaze Kit is being shared on the Scrap, Paper, Scissors Blog today. I have created two more layouts using papers, cardstock and embellishments from the kit, together with items from my own stash. Today Im sharing the first of these layouts.

Having seen many layouts created with tags as a main element, I wanted to try this idea. My granddaughter loves to be outside, whatever the weather. Here she is in one of her favourite places to explore - Abbey Wood Ruins.

Happy 13th Birthday - Aldeburgh

On the Papermaze Blog yesterday, I shared my first two DT creations using the pretty Papermaze kit for July. 

The kit Full of soft, natural colours, six double-sided patterned papers, two sheets Bazzill Basics cardstock and a whole bunch of co-ordinating embellishments. Here is the second of the two layouts - we were on holiday in Suffolk when the triplets became teenagers. We spent the day at Aldeburgh.

Memories

Here is my fourth and last layout using the April Papermaze kit. I have dipped back into the past for these layout and a photo from 2008.  'Memories' - A photo of me with my husband on a family day out in Essex. We visited the Battlesbridge Antique Centre, and here we are at the very top of the building in the café.

Our Wedding

Hello, Lynn with you today, and the next layout made using the beautiful February kit from Papermaze. Pretty romantic papers, together with Bazzill cardstock and embellishments. This time I am using some old black and white wedding photo. The wedding of family members Gerty and Bill, taken in 1931.

The Great Avunculi

Autumn Wedding

I'm over on the Scrap, Paper, Scissors Blog today with the Autumn themed kit from Papermaze for October. Here is the first of the layouts I created for friends, following their wedding in Wales last November. It had been raining, but stopped during the ceremony. The wedding party came out of the church to sunshine and a rainbow! I plan to frame this layout as a gift.
