Pearly Queen

I had a post on the Scrap, Paper, Scissors Blog yesterday, with the last two layouts from the June Papermaze KitHere is the last layout for June.

My granddaughter was taken with these pearls my daughter was given. Here she is wearing them and looking very pleased with herself!

Your Smile Makes My Heart Bounce

Eaton Sisters

This is my last layout using the February Papermaze Kit. This showing two generations of the same family. The photo here shows three sisters (the mother and aunts of the girls in yesterday's layout). The Kiff Family

Here is my second layout made with the romantic February Papermaze Kit. This beautiful collection is ideal for Heritage layouts. I came across this lovely group photo from our family ancestors. I have added details of these characters at the end of this blog post.

This photo was sent to me by a someone I have linked up with through Ancestry. It shows George and Irene Kiff with Charles, Leonard, Irene, Thomas and Dorothy.

Charles Kiff was the husband of my Great Aunt Florence 
Charles was born on 27th August 1898 in Lambeth, his parents were Thomas George Kiff (1859 -1936) & Irene Leonora Eaton (1869 – 1956)

Charlie married Florence Dorothy Holder (1894 – 1962) in Bromley in 1921. After Florences death her married Marietta Wheatley (1908 – 1982) in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada on 31st August 1963

Charlie and Florrie had one child - Vera Enid Kiff (1922 – 2021), and three grandchildren - Patricia, Doreen & Sheila.

Char;es had seven siblings - Frank, May, Alice, Leonard, Thomas George, Irene Leonora & Dorothy Amy.

Charlie died on 28th June 1995in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada at the age of 97.

Charlie and Florrie emigrated to Canada, setting sail from Southampton to Quebec on 20th July 1926. The sailed on the 'Antonia' - Cunard Line

Winter Wonderland

Here is my final DT layouts using the January Papermaze kit. This time a layout with a winter theme. Florence loves to be outside, whatever the weather, here she is all rosy cheeked on a cold day early in January.

Our Dear Reindeer!

This is the last layout I have made with the Papermaze December kit. It shows our granddaughter last Christmas sporting a set of reindeer antlers, and enjoying a spear of asparagus. this Christmas themed kit is full of traditional colours, papers, Bazzill cardstock and a selection of embellishments.

Lapland - Merry & Bright

A layout showing my nephew and his family on a trip to Lapland UK last December, this layout shows a group photo from this exciting day out.  I'm back with my second post sharing Christmas layouts for this year. The December kit is available in the shop, it has a traditional red, green and white colour pallet. The papers are beautiful and include Mintay, Simple Stories and Graphic 45.

Crazy Coupe

Here is my second layout made using the new Papermaze Kit for May. The kit is full of bold and bright coloured papers and Bazzill Cardstock. Great for fun filled summer, kids and holiday layouts. 

My children were given a Little Tikes - Cozy Coupe for their 3rd birthday. Andrew especially loved his first car! This layout was inspired by a page made by Niki Rowland for Simple Stories.
