Festival of Britain

This photograph of Trafalgar Square was taken by my father when he visited London during the Festival of Britain in 1951. Look at all the ladies wearing hats! My parents found the photo and gave it to me last week. So of course it has been made into a lay out! I used Basic Grey Recess papers. The big brown shape ad the banner were cut using the Heritage cartridge on the Cricut. I also used a few turquoise brads and one of Linda's border punch sets. Quite pleased with the result and used up some old papers I have had stored away for a long time.
