Pumpkin Muffins and Chocolate Cup Cakes

We are on our way to visit both Andrew and Emily at their respective Universities over the next few days so last night I baked them some cakes.

I tried out a recipe for Squash, cinnamon and pumpkin seed muffins for Andrew.All goodies he likes, and I'm really pleased with the results.

All packed in the tin ready to take less one which Alan pinched!

Then I made chocolate fairy cakes for my chocoholic daughter Emily. They are topped with a pink vanilla frosting.

We are on our way now, I'm typing this in the car - if you're reading this Andrew and Emily - are your rooms tidy?!?!
