Cards For The Boys

Today I'm sharing a set of cards for the boys - especially Dad's, using the Kaisercraft, Factory 42 paper pad. This was my latest project for the Papermaze - Scrap Paper Scissors blog. Please check the blog for details.

There are plenty of papers in the pad and I mixed and matched them with other elements from my stash. I'm often short of mens cards, so this was a great opportunity to make a few in advance.

After making all these cards, the layout and the Sizzix binder I still have plenty of 6.5" x 6.5" paper pad left to use for more projects.
Thanks for looking

Dad's Darkroom

This was my second Papermaze DT project for September, using the versitile Factory 42 collection from Kaisercraft. This time I made a layout and used some 12" x 12" paper and some stickers, together with more from the paper pad (details below and on the Scrap Paper Scissors Blog).

This photo of my Dad was taken in his darkroom developing photographs of Mum. Probably late in the 1950's. Not a brilliant photograph but well worth preserving this memory in my scrapbook.
I can remember this room from my early years, and in 1968 it was turned into a bedroom for my baby brother!

Please see the blog for full details.
I will be back with some male cards using the paper pad next month.
Thanks for looking
