Mary Poppins

Today I have created a layout for the third challenge in the SCRAP IN COLOUR - For The Love Of Pretty Paper (Facebook UK Scrapbooking Group) - National Scrapbook Day challenges held from 24th to 26th May 2019.

This challenge was to called ALL THE COLOURS.
The idea being to use up your open packs of alphas by creating a layout with a multi-coloured title. However, you must include the colour RED somewhere on your layout as well.

My layout was another for the Disneyland Album.

I used Bazzill cardstock in blue and red.
Stickers and papers from Carta Bella's Practically Perfect collection.
Alphabets stickers from Colorbox, Basic Grey, Simple Stories, Pink Paislee and several others that were no longer in packets so I don't know the make!

The Blue cardstock was softened with some Picket Fence Distress Ink. and a few drops of Dylusions white ink.

I used Sizzix Dies for the rosettes, and added scraps of pink ribbon. Then lots of Nuvo drops, gems and pearls were added from my stash. I joined the bunting stickers with a piece of Baker's Twine.

Thanks for Looking

Winnie The Pooh

Today I have created a layout for the second challenge in the SCRAP IN COLOUR - For The Love Of Pretty Paper (Facebook UK Scrapbooking Group) - National Scrapbook Day challenges held from 24th to 26th May 2019.

Challenge 2 is SKETCH IT OUT #1 - Use the SKETCH as inspiration to create a layout but your challenge is to include the colour YELLOW somewhere on your layout.

This photo was taken at a parade at Disneyland Paris when I went with a grop of children I was working with at the time.

I used Bo Bunny Ambrosia papers and stickers.
Windsor Upper case Simple type die by Tonic Studio for 'Winnie'
The lanterns were cut with a Memory Box die.
All the edges were inked with Gathered Twigs Distress Ink.

Green Angel

I have finally managed to create a layout for the SCRAP IN COLOUR CHALLENGES - For The Love Of Pretty Paper (Facebook UK Scrapbooking Group) - National Scrapbook Day challenges held from 24th to 26th May 2019. I was busy travelling, entertaining and a few other things that weekend, but the challenges are open until next Sunday, so I have a little time to join in the fun.

Here is my answer to challenge #1, COLOUR LOVE - which was simply to scrap in your favourite colour.

I was very lucky to receive this felt Angel made by my talented friend Anita. She made her in my favourite colour. I was inspired by a layout I saw on a blog called Scraps of Elegance.

For the layout I used some old Bo Bunny papers and stickers from a collection called 'Vicki B'. The big bloom is from Prima and has been in my stash a long time. Various other flowers were also taken from my collection.

The stamps are Tim Holtz - Stampers Anonymous - Flower Jar, stamped with Distress Markers and water. I had the pearl spray, lace, DMC embroidery floss, flat-backed pearls and gems in my stash for some time too. The chipboard Flower Buds are from Dusty Attic.

Here is the Angel, in my garden for photographing, she now lives in my craft room.

Thanks for the challenge and thank you to Anita for the beautiful gift.
