Travel

This week I'm on the Papermaze Blog, with my first two layouts using the September Papermaze kit. I can see many layouts of holidays abroad being created with these beautiful rustic travel destination papers.

This layout uses a photo of a pretty view from a trip to Lake Garda, Italy. I wanted to make it look like the view from a window as it was taken from out table in a restaurant in Malcesine with Monte Baldo in the background

Please check the Scrap, Paper, Scissors Blog for the full details of this layout.

From the kit I used:
Prima - Capri collection - Marina Grande and Punta Del Monaco
Coastal and Quartz Bazzill
Stamperia tag

From my own stash I used:
Tim Holtz Layering Stencil - Gothic
Evergreen and Gathered Twigs Distress Ink
White texture paste
Tim Holtz Window Frame Bigz die
Mount Board
Evergreen Bough Distress Paint
Bronze gilding wax
Gold holeless beads
Shadow Script 3 Sizzix Thinlits die set

Back tomorrow with the second layout.
Thanks for looking
Lynn x
