The Start of Something Amazing

This year I started the 5K Parkruns on a Saturday morning at my local Hockey club, but last weekend I was in Norringham with my daughters and so we tried the Wollaton Hall Parkrun, through the Park with deer the Hall and a beautiful lake. The weather was very windy but it stayed dry and we all improved our time. There were nearly 300 runners, compared the the nearly 100 here is Suffolk.

The layout is made with the freebie Cutfile from Peartree Cutfiles for this month's Design Team challenge. I picked out the colours from our clothes.

Me and My Shadow

January Peardrop On-line Crop challenge #4 - New Start - choose something from your stash and start from there.

This layout shows my Dad washing his car and my baby brother being 'just like Dad' with his trike. My starting point was a sheet of stickers from Basic Grey's Lauderdale collection.

Made Up With Love

A little extra layout using the Papermaze January kit. I have two more to share in a couple of weeks, but made this little extra as well. I couldn't resist scrapping these photos of my great niece, who had been having fun with some make up!

Take Your Pick

Today was the Papermaze crop and this is my version of the crop kit designed by Vanessa.

I chose to scrap this photo of some pin cushions I knitted in the shape of cup cakes for my scrapbooking friends at a weekend retreat we held at Debden. When I looked up the date I was surprised to find it was as long ago as 2010!

Snape in Winter

Here is my first layout for the Papermaze January's kit, which is now available to buy from the shop or online. Vanessa has put together beautiful papers and embellishments, many on a home theme, but suitable for many different ideas. An exclusive knitwear stencil, which along with other items is great for scrapbooking crafty layouts.

Making use of the knitwear print paper and the stencil, I have scrapped these photos of my daughter in her warm woolly scarf, on a cold winter day in Snape.
