The Show Must Go On!

This layout tells how it felt for my daughter as a stage manager during 2020, when the pandemic caused the theatres to close, making life uncertain for her and her colleagues.

I’ve tried to think back to a time when I’ve not had access to one whether it be as an audience member, Performer or Stage Management. Nativity, (I played the Christmas Cake it was epic) school play, university showcase or career. I didn’t realise it would feel like I have lost a limb. Hobbling along, missing those four walls hoping others elsewhere are ok sending love and light and looking forward to celebrating the reopening of some venues in the coming months...#fingerscrossed"

I made the layout in response to challenge #1 of the February Peardrop Crop. 'It started with a cutfile'. The idea being to choose a cutfile you love and go from there. I loved this 'Catch A Falling Star' cutfile I purchased a while ago and cut in glittery gold cardstock - it was ideal for this page.
