52 Card Challenge 2014 - Week 26

This week's prompt is a sketch prompt but Nat didn't have a drawn sketch for us to follow, instead she had a card design for us to use as a jumping off point for the layout of our card.

For details of this challenge please see Kool Kitty Musings Blog

Here is the card Natty made for a wedding:

Here is my version. I wanted to make a pearl wedding anniversary card for my friends Mark and Hilary who were married only a few months after us. So not only was the layout of this card ideal, so was the theme and some of the images.

I used:
Patterned Papers and stickers - Basic Grey's Porcelain collection
Cricut and the Heritage cartridge.
Flat- backed pearls, Liquid Pearls
Stamps - Wplus9
Inks - Memento and Distress Ink (pumice stone)

Thanks for looking, back soon with the Christmas version.

Lynn x

  1. A lovely interpretation of the original and I love the silhouettes you've incorporated. :D
