CSI - Black & White Cat Seeks Colour

This is my answer to another of this month's CSI challenges (308). I used many of the cold case clues to scrapbook this photo of our cat, Liquorice when she was a kitten, she just loves all my colourful crochet blankets!

You can see the full details for all three January 2020 challenges on the website and on the CSI Scrapbook Challenge Facebook page.

The clues I used are:
Find older papers that match some of the colours in The Scene / are bright and colourful / geometric pattern / circular elements - My papers are not as old as some I used on other challenges, but I have been carrying them around with me since they first came out, finding it difficult to decide what to do with them despite loving them. The are from Shimelle's American Craft - Field Trip collection.
Brads, Buttons or Bling - enamel dots and hearts
Pie Chart - took apart the die cut pie chart from the collection and used parts of it and rearranged the elements from it too.
Tone-on-tone effect - created with star paper placed underneath grid matching up colours to blocks of colour from top of chart.
Rainbow order - inks splashed on page, star and colour blocks arranged in rainbow order - also the crochet blanket I made in the photo!

Other items used:
Distress Ink Pads to ink cut edges and to make an ink to spritz over the page.
Making Memories Chunky Black letter stickers
AC Thickers - Truly Grateful Puffy Phrase & Accent Stickers and Happy Thoughts Foam Letter Stickers
Bazzill White cardstock

That's the last of the three challenges for January.
Thanks for looking
Lynn x
