This
is my
second answer to CSI challenges (308). Having made the first 'Black and White Cat Seeks Colour' which I blogged yesterday - I decided to use the left over papers to make another layout. I used the same cold case clues to scrapbook this photo of my daughter Emily when she had a new sun hat back in 1999, we were staying with my parents in Fairlight at the time.
You can see the full details for all three January 2020 challenges on the website and on the CSI Scrapbook Challenge Facebook page.
The clues I used are:
Find older papers that match some of the colours in The Scene / are bright and colourful / geometric pattern / circular elements - My papers are not as old as some I used on other challenges, but I have been carrying them around with me since they first came out, finding it difficult to decide what to do with them despite loving them. They are from Shimelle's American Craft - Field Trip collection.
Brads, Buttons or Bling - enamel dots and hearts
Pie Chart - took apart the die cut pie chart from the collection and used parts of it and rearranged the elements from it too.
Other items used:
Distress Ink Pads to ink cut edges and to make an ink to spritz over the page.
AC Thickers - Truly Grateful Puffy Phrase & Accent Stickers and Happy Thoughts Foam Letter Stickers
Bazzill White cardstock

That really is the last of the challenges for January!
Thanks for looking
