Whatever the Weather

This weekend has seen the Peartree Cutfile's January Online Crop, held on Facebook. This is my answer to the first challenge set by Marie Hirst, and this one is a sketch.

These photos were taken on the Millennium Bridge, when I met up with Catherine in London on her 25th birthday in 2017.

The cutfile I chose to use:

I used papers from various Bo Bunny collections - including Bee-ytiful You and Believe. I cut the cutfile three times, in yellow, blue and green and cut them about to make the lettering. I separated the umbrella and made two, flipping one and adding them either side of the words.

I splattered the page with two shades of blue Distress Paint, before applying my mounted photos and cut files.

Finally I embellished with some dew drops.

This is the sketch:

... and Marie's original layout:

I have more to share from this crop.
Thanks for looking
Lynn x
