Halloween Adventures @ Chessington

I am over on the Scrap, Paper Scissors Blog second pair of layouts using the October kit from Papermaze. Here is thesecond of those autumn themed layouts, with photos of when the children were about 13 year old, and we went to Chessington World of Adventure at Autumn half term.

Autumn Days

Harvest Festival

Here is my second layout using the beautiful, crisp autumn themed kit from Papermaze for October. I have enjoyed making my design team layouts using this month's collection. This layout shows my children ready to go to the Harvest Festival service at our church.

Autumn Wedding

I'm over on the Scrap, Paper, Scissors Blog today with the Autumn themed kit from Papermaze for October. Here is the first of the layouts I created for friends, following their wedding in Wales last November. It had been raining, but stopped during the ceremony. The wedding party came out of the church to sunshine and a rainbow! I plan to frame this layout as a gift.

Inverewe Gardens

Today I'm sharing my last layout made using the lovely kit from Papermaze for September.  There is a clever combination of geometric patterns and floral papers. The photos are from our trip to Scotland earlier this year we stayed near Loch Ewe. These photos were taken in the walled garden of Inverewe Gardens.

Prescious Memories Quilt

I have a new post over on the Papermaze Blog today, with the lovely new kit for September.  A combination of geometric patterns and floral papers. For my first two layouts I have used some subtle stencilling on the background Bazzill, linking it to the colours in the papers. Here is my first layout.

The photo I used shows my son on his tricycle showing off the quilt made by the stitching club I belonged to. We made this quilt to raffle for the Stuart Martin Memorial Fund. There were links between our twins' club, and the children's hospice.
