Every Picture Tells a (Toy) Story

I made this layout using a photo from a trip to Disneyland PAris with a few of the children from ellenor, Demelza and the Medway Rotary Club in 2015. I picked papers to match Woody's outfit.

I used a Peartree Cutfile
Kaisercraft Acetate overlays
Thickers - Puffy Stickers - The Details, Storyteller, Happy Life and Celebrate
Doodlebug Designs - Down on the Farm collection
Bo Bunny - Double Dot
Bazzill cardstock

Thanks for looking.

Big Thunder Mountain

This layout was created for two challenges, one on Dotty About Flair and the other is Peartree Cutfiles.

For Dotty About Flair's

#5 More Adventure! challenge in the MORE IS MORE BIRTHDAY CROP!

For Peartree Cutfile 1st birthday challenge #20 - Pear it up with wood or cork.
I used lots of wood effect papers.

The photos were from a trip to Disneyland Paris and a ride on Big Thunder Mountain.
I also used some old stickers - images and letters.

Tangled and Peter Pan

A couple of layouts for the Disneyland Paris Album.

Tangled - For the first one I cut the title and the floral grid from my own design using the Cricut. These were cut from watercolour paper. I used Distress Ink to add colour to the papers after cutting. My background was a sheet of Kraft Bazzill.

I strung some Bakers Twine along the top of the the page, and die cut some paper lanterns using a Memory Box die set. I inked these and added them to the page with 3D foam tape.

I added a large photo to the centre of the page and then glued various buttons to each flower.

I added some sparkle to the title with Stickles.

Peter Pan - For this layout I found two sheets of Rusty Pickle papers from a long time ago! I trimmed the 'Will & Elizabeth' sheet to 11" x 11", screwed it up and flattened it out and inked the edges and creases. Then I mounted it onto the 'Davey Jones' sheet.

I took a scrap of another paper from the same collection and made a mount for the photo. I glued this to the layout. My title was cut twice using the Cricut, once in black and the second time in Kraft Bazzill. I glued down the letters off setting them to give a shadow.

Some time ago I had stamped the skulls onto paper, I mounted one on top of another using 3D foam tape. then with some black card I made a bandana - I inked in the detail with a white pen.

I also used the white pen to to write the words 'Second star to the right and straight on 'till morning' and some details in black pen.

Thanks for looking.

Disneyland Paris 2001

I saw a layout by Stacey Cohen which I liked and had some of the Queen and Co papers she used together with some different ones, so decided to give it a go as I am trying to scrap some more photos of Andrew and also of our various Disney trips.

I used several photos of 9 year old Andrew
Papers - Queen & Co.
Cardstock - Bazzill
Card Candi - Craftwork Cards
Letter Stickers - Doodlebug Designs Inc. & American Crafts
and that is all!

Here is Stacey's original:
