From my stash I used:
Distress Mica Stain Spray

Black Soot Distress Ink
cheesecloth
googly eyes
black alpha stickers
Tim Holtz Sizzix Thinlits die set Toil and Trouble

One more layout from the November Kit, I'll be back tomorrow.

Christmas or Halloween Boot

This month's card challenge on Scrapology has been set by Natalie O'Shea from Stampin' Up.
Natalie challenges us to create a card featuring a product / tool not normally associated with Xmas used for a Christmas card ....

Here is my card for the DT in answer to that challenge.

I used the Cricut and a Halloween cartridge to cut this witch's boot. It is decorated with a selection of Making Memories papers and Bazzill Cardstock. I also used a floral Martha Stewart punch, ribbons, lace and a tiny bell.

Take a look on the Scrapology blog for more details and to see what the rest of the DT came up with. There is also a fabby stampy prize on offer.

Potty Pumpkins!

Greetings - Do you remember my post from 2nd October called Terror Cotta? Today I got around to scrapping some of the photos I took. I used the new Basic Grey Eerie papers., and a Page Map sketch. These papers are so much fun, can't wait to get some good Halloween shots to use more of them later this month. Not easy to see but I machine stitched lime zig-zags around the edges.

Terror Cotta!!!

We called in at the Orchard Farm Shop on our way to Fairlight to visit my parents today, and took these pictures of the Halloween display, and the terracotta pumpkins.

Here is the chap I brought home. As Mum and Dad are moving this month it may be my last visit to this Farm Shop for a long time, so decided I needed to buy him today!!

Found this layout I made five years ago after a visit to the same farm shop. I notice the pumpkin design has changed over the years.
