My second DT post, with two layouts made using the April Papermaze kit is available today on the Papermaze Blog.  As well as the six patterned papers, the kit has a collection of  embellishments. There are two sheets of Bazzill cardstock included, and you can also buy four more in the co-ordination pack. Here is the first of these two layouts, showing a photo of My son at 3 years old, helping to clean the Wendy house.

Beach - IOW 1966

We spent many summer holidays on the Isle of Wight in the 1960's. These photos show me and my sister, together with our mother and grandmother, strolling along the beach at Seaview.

Beautiful Beach

Here is my third layout using the Papermaze kit for February. This time I have used the teal / turquoise / aqua papers and Vanessa's exclusive Cutfile from the kit.

The photo for this layout was taken on our first trip to the Western Isles, the beaches are beautiful beaches look tropical. This is on Harris - Seilebost Beach.

Happisburgh Lighthouse

Here is the first layout I have made for the Papermaze Design Team with the summery August Kit. These kits are proving very popular so pop over to the shop if you want to order one for yourself. Happisburgh Lighthouse - We travelled to Norfolk at the end of July to source some architectral salvage items for the house and followed the coast road on the way home. Coming across the stunning Happisburgh Lighthouse we were disappointed not to be able to visit it due to Covid 19 restrictions, but at least we could take some photos from the outside.

The Good Life

Here is my first layout using the pretty Papermaze Kit for the month of July. Lovely pastel shades of lemon, lilac, aqua, blue and pink, with much bolder purple. Together with the extra Bazzill pack, the kit is available in the shop from today.

This photo of me was captured recently in the garden by my husband - he says it's me in my element! We certainly have plenty of garden here in our Suffolk home to keep me busy!

The layout was inspired by the cut file which I cut once as it is presented, then flipped horizontally for a second cut to give me a mirror image. The cut file is from Handipaper and the inspiration from a layout by Nathalie DeSousa.

Rosina Emma Holder

Rosina Emma Holder,  known as Rose - My Great Auntie Rose.

Born in 1893 in Bromley, the fifth of fourteen children to Frederick Henry
and Emma Jane Florence (Williams) Holder.

The 1901 Census shows Rosina was 8 years old and living in Southlands Road, Bromley, Kent with her parents and eight siblings.

At the time of the 1911 Census Rose was 18 years old and working as a live-in housemaid domestic servant working for James Wilks (a leather merchant) and his wife Jessie living at Swallowfield, Southborough Road in Bickley, Kent.

Rose married Joshua Hall known as Joe in 1921 they had a son Kenneth. in 1923

Tracy's layouts rarely have titles so I left the title off. Later I decided to add 'Rosina' with some American Craft Thicker Letter stickers which I inked with Chipped Sapphire Distress Ink. this will form part of my heritage album. I printed out the details and they are hidden away behind the photo panel.
